Return Policy

Effective Date: 2 July 2026

At Fine Print Hub, every product is specially made according to your customization. Therefore, our return policy is different from standard retail products.

1. Customized Products

Because every order is personalized, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

This includes:

- Acrylic Frames
- Canvas Frames
- Wall Clocks
- Photo Frames
- DTF Stickers
- Desk Decorative Products
- Personalized Gifts
- Any custom-made item

2. Eligible for Return / Replacement

We will gladly accept a return request for replacement if:

- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Printing error caused by Fine Print Hub
- Missing product

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

- Customer spelling mistakes
- Incorrect uploaded image
- Wrong size selected
- Change of mind
- Slight color differences
- Minor print variations
- Personal preference after receiving the product

4. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of:
  - Outer packaging
  - Shipping label
  - Damaged product

Failure to report within this period may result in rejection of the claim.

5. Replacement Policy

Where possible, we will prioritize sending a replacement rather than issuing a refund.

6. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we will either:

- Send a replacement, or
- Process a refund (as per our Refund Policy)

- Photos (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
