Shipping Policy

At Fine Print Hub, we are committed to delivering your customized products safely and on time. Since every product is made specifically for you, production and shipping timelines may vary depending on the product, customization requirements, and delivery location.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Personalized products are manufactured after receiving your customization details and verifying your order.
  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days for most orders.
  • Bulk, corporate, or highly customized orders may require additional production time.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metro Cities 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities 3–7 Business Days
Remote Locations 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and destination.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for express delivery or special delivery requests.

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery across India. The courier partner will be selected based on your delivery location and service availability.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipment Confirmation
  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Details
  • Tracking Link (where available)

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incorrect contact number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for sending the package again.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including:

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Complete Delivery Address
  • PIN Code

Fine Print Hub will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout.


8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Courier operational delays

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
  2. Record an unboxing video whenever possible.
  3. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  4. Provide your Order ID, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


10. International Shipping

Currently, Fine Print Hub primarily ships within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country's authorities.


11. Bulk & Corporate Orders

Bulk or corporate orders may have separate:

  • Production timelines
  • Shipping schedules
  • Delivery arrangements

Our team will communicate these details during order confirmation.


12. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier partner before delivery, Fine Print Hub will, after verification:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund, where applicable.

13. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or delay deliveries to locations where courier services are unavailable or restricted due to operational or regulatory reasons.
